Full technical management

Our team sets up cameras, microphones, lighting, and streaming encoders before the first session. We cover keynotes, breakout rooms, and roundtables, switching between camera angles and integrating slides or videos directly into the stream. You get a single point of contact for all technical questions.

Hybrid conference solutions

For hybrid conferences, we combine an in-person audience with live online viewers. We run audience response systems, manage remote speaker connections, and stream to your chosen platforms—YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, or a private website. After the event, all sessions are recorded and delivered as separate files.

Planning and technical preparation

Every event begins with a conversation about your programme, venue and expected audience size. We plan camera positions, audio sources and network requirements ahead of the event day, and where possible test the setup in the room itself. If the venue connection is not stable enough, we arrange a dedicated link and a backup path so the broadcast continues.

We also coordinate with your AV team and stage managers, so agenda changes do not interrupt the stream.
